Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Each order is made, packaged, and quality-checked with care before leaving our facility.

Please note: During new drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we do our best to stay within that timeframe.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Delays

Although we aim to deliver every order promptly, unexpected delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier or postal service delays

  • High order volume during peak periods

  • Weather or transportation issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact us at verclothing@yahoo.com with your full name and order number so we can assist you.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there’s a mistake, email us immediately — changes can only be made before your order has shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, VER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local carrier office directly and provide your tracking number for further assistance.
